EE, EEL, EF type power core
Features: large lead space, easy to bypass wiring. Wide application range, high operating frequency, wide operating voltage range, high output power, good thermal stability.
Application: Widely used in program-controlled switch power supply, LCD power supply, high-power UPS inverter power supply, computer power supply, energy-saving lamps and other fields.
EI type power core
Features: compact structure, small size, high operating frequency, wide operating voltage range, tight air gap coupling at the top of the coil, low loss. Loss is negatively correlated with temperature and prevents a continuous rise in temperature.
Applications: Power conversion transformers and chokes, DVD power supplies, camera flashes, communication equipment and other electronic equipment.
PEE, PEI power cores
ER power cores
Features: good coupling position, the middle column is round, easy to wind and winding area increases, can be designed for large power and small leakage sense of the transformer.
Use: Switching power transformer, pulse transformer, electronic ballast, etc.
ETD type power core
Features: The center column is round, the winding wiring is convenient and the winding area is increased, can be designed for high power and small leakage sense transformer. Other aspects such as assembly cost, safety cost, electromagnetic shielding, standardization difficulty, etc. are excellent.
Applications: switching power supplies, transmission transformers, electronic ballasts. Widely used in home appliances, communications, lighting, medical equipment, office automation, military products, OA equipment, electronic instruments, aerospace and other fields.
EQ/EQI power core
EP type power core
Features: good magnetic shielding effect, small distribution capacitance, low transmission loss, high inductance, small leakage inductance, uniform magnetic field distribution, and the skeleton is equipped with multiple connectors, easy to design multiple output transformer.
Uses: Broadband transformer, inductor, isolation transformer, matching transformer, widely used in program-controlled switch terminals and precision electronic equipment and other fields.
